I can't log in

Try password reset first via the forgot-password page. If you signed up with Google, use Sign in with Google. If you see "Account archived," your subscription likely lapsed — re-subscribing restores everything. Still stuck? Submit a ticket.

My video won't play

Try refreshing first. If it's still broken: check your internet, try a different browser, disable ad blockers, and confirm the video isn't still uploading. Most issues are network or browser-related.

A recording shows "Locked" — how do I unlock it?

Three options: upgrade to Junkies Plus or higher (unlocks the whole library), purchase that one recording for a one-time fee, or unlock it with points if you have enough.

My payment failed

You'll get an email immediately. Open the Stripe Customer Portal from Billing & Plan and update your card. You have a 7-day grace period before access is suspended. Stripe retries automatically.

I posted/commented but didn't get points

Most likely you hit the daily cap on that activity (anti-abuse). Check Points History — it shows every points-earning action and the reason if it was rejected.

My streak broke for no reason

Streaks reset if 24 hours pass with zero qualifying activity (post, comment, lesson, event). Time zones can fool you — check Points History for the exact streak record.

Mic or camera not working in a live meeting

Almost always a browser permission issue. Click the lock icon in your browser's URL bar → check that mic and camera are Allowed for aijunkiesuniversity.com. Refresh the page.

I see "Account archived" — how do I get back in?

Re-subscribe at the pricing page using the same email you originally used. The system auto-detects you, restores your account, and brings back all your data, posts, and room memberships.
