I posted/commented but didn't get points
30-second answer
Most likely you hit the daily cap on that activity (anti-abuse). Check Points History — it shows every points-earning action and the reason if it was rejected.
Step-by-step
Step 1: Check your points history
Open Points History. You'll see every points action: awarded amount, reason, timestamp. If a recent action shows rejected or capped, that's why.
Step 2: Common cap reasons
- Daily post cap — there's a max number of points-earning posts per day (varies per room)
- Daily comment cap — same idea for comments
- Rapid-fire — posting 5+ items in a few minutes triggers anti-abuse
- Speedrun — completing lessons too fast gets flagged
The platform allows the activity but stops awarding points so the leaderboard stays meaningful.
Step 3: Wait until tomorrow
Caps reset at midnight UTC. Tomorrow's posts and comments earn points normally.
Step 4: If it's wrong
If you genuinely think the cap was hit unfairly (e.g. legitimate burst of activity during a live event), submit a ticket and we'll review.
Step 5: Specific issues
- Lesson completion didn't award points → it MIGHT not be marked complete. Open the lesson, scroll to the bottom, click Mark Complete.
- Event attendance didn't award → check Points History. Some events award only if you stay > 50% of the duration.
Things to know
- Points earned by reactions you receive aren't shown in your own points-history (they're shown in the recipient's).
- Anti-abuse caps are tighter for new accounts and loosen after 30 days of healthy activity.
