This Refund Policy explains when and how AI Junkies University issues refunds. By completing checkout you accept this Policy along with our Terms of Service. This Policy applies to all paid plans and one-time purchases made through aijunkiesuniversity.com.
All sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise in this Policy. The exceptions below are the ONLY circumstances under which we issue refunds.
Junkies Plus, Inner Circle, and Co-Pilot subscriptions renew automatically every month at the price shown on /pricing. You may cancel at any time from Settings » Billing.
Cancellation timing.Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to your tier's features until that date. We do NOT issue partial refunds for the days remaining in your billing period.
No refunds for current or past billing periods. Subscription fees already charged are non-refundable. This includes the case where you forget to cancel, do not use the Service during a billing period, or cancel mid-period.
Tier downgrades. If you downgrade your subscription tier, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not pro-rate or refund the difference between the higher and lower tier for the current period.
The AI Junkies tier is a one-time payment that grants lifetime access. Because the access is granted in full and digital content is delivered immediately at checkout, the AI Junkies tier is non-refundable after access has been confirmed (i.e., after you click “I Confirm I Have Access”).
Pre-confirmation refund window.If you have completed checkout but have NOT yet clicked “I Confirm I Have Access” AND have not consumed any course, recording, or other gated content, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing support@aijunkiesuniversity.com. Approved pre-confirmation refunds are issued in full to the original payment method.
After confirmation OR after consuming any gated content (whichever comes first), the purchase is final and no refund will be issued.
Individual courses and recordings sold through teacher rooms are non-refundable. Once purchased and unlocked, the content is yours for life. Because lifetime access is granted immediately on purchase, no refund is issued.
If a course or recording is technically defective (e.g., the video file fails to play), email support@aijunkiesuniversity.com within 7 days of purchase. We will repair, replace, or substitute the content. If we cannot resolve a defect, we will issue a refund at our discretion.
From time to time we may offer free trials, discounted introductory periods, or promotional credits. Specific terms (length, eligibility, conversion behavior) will be displayed at the point of offer. Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

We respond to refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days; the time for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer. We refund the original payment method only.
Stripe processing fees.Stripe's payment processing fees are not refunded by Stripe when we refund a charge. The Company absorbs that cost on approved refunds.
Contact us first. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@aijunkiesuniversity.com before disputing it with your bank or card issuer. We resolve the vast majority of legitimate billing complaints within 48 hours without involving the dispute network.
Chargebacks initiated without prior contact. If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, your account will be immediately suspended pending dispute resolution. We will respond to the chargeback with our forensic evidence package, which includes:
Chargeback consequences.If a chargeback is decided against the Company, your account will be permanently terminated, all access to courses and recordings will be revoked, and you will be barred from creating new accounts. Chargebacks decided in our favor are non-refundable. We may pursue collection of the original charge plus chargeback fees and reasonable attorneys' fees through any lawful means.
For affiliate-attributed purchases that are charged back, the corresponding affiliate commission is automatically clawed back via Stripe Connect transfer reversal under the Affiliate Agreement.
If a renewal payment fails, we will retry the charge per Stripe's standard dunning schedule and notify you by email and in-app banner. You have 7 days from the first payment failure (the “grace period”) to update your payment method.
If payment is not collected within the grace period, your account will be suspended and your subscription cancelled. Re-subscribing after suspension may be subject to a reactivation review. Past-due amounts are not refundable; the suspension does not retroactively refund the period of access already provided before the failure.
Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction. Where applicable law (e.g., the EU Consumer Rights Directive) grants you a statutory right of withdrawal for digital content purchases, you may exercise that right by emailing support@aijunkiesuniversity.com within the statutory window. Note that under most consumer protection regimes, the right of withdrawal expires once you begin consuming the digital content (e.g., open a course or play a recording) and you have expressly consented to that loss of withdrawal right at checkout.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in force is identified at the top of this page and pinned at the time of your purchase. Material changes take effect 30 days after posting (or immediately for legally required changes). Existing purchases are governed by the version of the Policy in force at the time of purchase.
