I see "Account archived" — how do I get back in?
30-second answer
Re-subscribe at the pricing page using the same email you originally used. The system auto-detects you, restores your account, and brings back all your data, posts, and room memberships.
Step-by-step
Why your account is archived
One of:
- Subscription lapsed past the 7-day grace period (most common)
- Refund processed (subscription canceled and tier removed)
- Chargeback filed with your bank (more severe — see below)
- You voluntarily canceled (data is held for 90 days)
How to come back
- Go to the pricing page
- Pick a tier
- Use the same email you originally signed up with — that's the magic
- Complete checkout
- Your account auto-restores. Profile, posts, course progress, room memberships, points, streaks: all back.
How long do we keep your data?
- 90 days after archive: full restore on re-subscribe (everything as you left it)
- 90 days to 1 year: data is retained, but profile may need re-verification
- After 1 year of inactivity: account is deleted per privacy policy
Chargeback recovery
If your account was archived because of a chargeback (you disputed the charge with your bank), recovery requires resolving the dispute first. Submit a ticket and we'll work with you.
You signed up with Google?
Use the same Google account at signup. Email match is what restores you.
Things to know
- The email match has to be exact — typos in the new signup email create a fresh account instead of restoring.
- Past purchases (recordings you bought one-time) restore along with the rest.
