What we look at
- Whether you've consumed substantial content (watched recordings, completed lessons)
- How recently you signed up
- Whether there was a technical issue or misunderstanding
How refunds process
Approved refunds go back to the original card via Stripe. Allow several business days for the refund to appear on your statement (Stripe is fast; banks are slow).
What happens to your access
- Subscription refund → access ends shortly after approval
- AI Junkies one-time refund → access ends after approval
- Per-recording purchase refund → that recording locks back up

Things to know
- Refunds reverse any affiliate commission earned from your signup.
- Chargebacks (disputing the charge with your bank instead of asking for a refund) result in account suspension. Always ask for a refund first.
