When does access end?
At the end of your current paid cycle (next renewal date). You keep full access until then — no early cutoff.
What happens to your data
- Profile, posts, comments, course progress, points: kept after cancellation
- Re-subscribing on the same email automatically restores everything as you left it
- See the privacy policy for the full data-retention terms
Re-subscribing later
One click to come back — your username, history, room memberships are all there. The most common re-subscribe path: cancel due to time/budget, return when life calms down. Use the same email at signup so the system links you back to your existing account.
Per-recording purchases
Recordings you bought outright stay accessible forever, even if you cancel.

If the cancel button doesn't work or you can't find it, submit a ticket — we'll cancel it manually.
Things to know
- Canceling stops future charges but doesn't refund the current cycle. Refund? See Refund policy.
- Tombstoned accounts (canceled / archived) are restored automatically when you re-subscribe.
