How do I downgrade my tier?

Open Billing & Plan → Change Plan → pick a lower tier → confirm. The downgrade scheduled for the end of your current paid cycle — you keep your current tier's access until then.

- Confirm — the change is scheduled for your renewal date, not immediate
Why scheduled, not immediate?
You already paid for the current cycle, so it would be unfair to remove access early. Your full tier stays active until the renewal date, then the downgrade applies and you're billed at the new (lower) rate.
What you lose at the downgrade
Whatever the lower tier doesn't include. Common drops:
- Inner Circle → Junkies Plus: lose AI Coach + full chat
- Junkies Plus → AI Junkies: lose recording library access (purchased recordings stay)
Reverting
Changed your mind? Click Cancel scheduled change before the renewal date and you stay on your current tier.
Recordings you purchased
Per-recording purchases are forever — downgrading doesn't remove access to specific recordings you bought.
Things to know
- Annual → monthly downgrades only apply at the end of the annual cycle (could be up to 11 months away).
- Inner Circle → Junkies Plus is the most common downgrade path.
