The subscription tiers explained

AI Junkies ($197 one-time): community + live classes. Junkies Plus ($197/mo): adds the recording library. Inner Circle ($497/mo, most popular): full chat + AI Coach. Co-Pilot ($5,000/mo): leadership track.

How do I upgrade my tier?

Open Billing & Plan → Change Plan → pick a higher tier → confirm. Upgrade takes effect immediately and you're charged a prorated amount for the rest of the current cycle.

How do I downgrade my tier?

Open Billing & Plan → Change Plan → pick a lower tier → confirm. The downgrade scheduled for the end of your current paid cycle — you keep your current tier's access until then.

Refund policy

Refunds are reviewed case-by-case. Submit a support ticket with the subject "Refund request" and the team will respond within a business day. The full policy lives at /refund-policy.

How do I cancel?

Open Billing & Plan → Cancel subscription → confirm. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of your current paid cycle. You keep full access until then. Re-subscribing is one click whenever you're ready.
