Try password reset first via the forgot-password page. If you signed up with Google, use Sign in with Google. If you see "Account archived," your subscription likely lapsed — re-subscribing restores everything. Still stuck? Submit a ticket.

Step-by-step

Step 1: Reset your password

Visit the forgot-password page, enter your email, check your inbox (including spam). Click the link, set a new password.

Step 2: Did you sign up with Google?

If yes, the email/password form won't work — click Sign in with Google instead. Use the same Google account you originally signed up with.

Step 3: "Account archived" error

Your subscription lapsed past the 7-day grace period and the account is tombstoned. Subscribing again on the pricing page automatically un-tombstones — your data, posts, and progress are all restored.

Step 4: "Account suspended" error

This usually means a code-of-conduct issue. Submit a ticket; the admin team can review.

Step 5: Verification email never arrived

  • Check spam, then your "Promotions" tab if you're on Gmail
  • Click Resend verification on the login page
  • If still nothing after 30 minutes, submit a ticket — we can manually verify

Step 6: Browser issues

  • Clear cookies for aijunkiesuniversity.com
  • Try a different browser
  • Disable browser extensions (some block auth cookies)

Things to know

  • Magic-link emails expire after 1 hour. Request a fresh one if it's been longer.
  • VPN or Tor connections trigger our fraud check. Disable VPN for the login attempt.
