How do live events and the calendar work?
30-second answer
Each room has an Events tab with a calendar. RSVP to events, get reminders, and join the live meeting when it starts. Past events become recordings (Junkies Plus and above).
Step-by-step
Browsing events
Open a room → Events tab. You'll see upcoming events as cards (date, title, description, teacher) and past events lower down.
RSVPing
Click an event → RSVP. You'll get:
- An email reminder 24 hours before
- An in-app notification 30 minutes before
- The event added to your dashboard widget
Joining live
When an event is live, the Join button appears on the event page (also on your dashboard). Click it 5 minutes before the event starts so your mic and camera are ready.
Recordings
Most live events are recorded automatically. After the event ends, the recording shows up in the room's Recordings tab within an hour. Junkies Plus and above can watch immediately; lower tiers may need to purchase the recording per-event.
Recurring events
Some events repeat weekly or monthly — the RSVP applies to the next occurrence by default. To RSVP to a series, click the recurrence dropdown.
Things to know
- Some events are tier-gated — Inner Circle-only events won't show in your calendar if you're Junkies Plus.
- Time zones: events show in YOUR local time once you set it in Profile Settings.
